History
Established in 2006.
Randy and Sarita Shoemaker began teaching outdoor fitness boot camp after having attended one and «seeing the light» about the need for a good workout that will keep people motivated to continue toward a realisti goal.
The program has helped over 500 people (as of June 2009) and is growing every single session.
The program has always been a 6 week/5 days every week/1 hour every day regiment that has always been outdoors.
No two days have ever been the same — it is a high impact program that they adjust to the individuals abilities. For example, one group challenge would be to do 10 push ups while another 20. Or running a mile might not be realistic so a walk or run/walk might be expected. The point is a camper would work at 100% of THEIR abilities thus getting a super productive workout.
Since almost every person joining the program has a weight loss or fat loss goal you must be on a nutritional program that will feed your body the correct amount of NUTRITIOUS food.
