I wish I could give 10 stars! Mark and his team went above and beyond with the bodywork they did to repair my car. I would absolutely recommend them to ANYONE AND EVERYONE, even ones from out of town.

We had the «fortune» to be rear-​ended mid-​2012 and required some body work on my Dad’s brand new Volkwagen GTI. We met Mark, the owner, on our original visit when we went in for a rough estimate. Professional, friendly and answered all our questions.
Dad took the Volkswagen in for it’s appointment to be repaired. Dad, not having an immediate ride home, was offered a ride home by Mark. He took Dad all the way home! Granted this is Silverton, and not exactly a thriving metropolis of houses, cars etc. but it was about 1 – 2 miles away from the shop.
They kept Dad informed all the way through the repair process. There was a delay due to some parts being damaged in transit, but Dad was kept updated on the progess of his car the entire time. When the car was ready for Dad to come and pick up, Mark Holland once again, showed up at Dad’s house to give him a ride to the shop to pick up his car! This kind of customer service is refreshing!
The repair work was top-​notch, you would never know the car was rear-​ended.
Dad and I highly recommend you go to Holland’s Collision if you need some body work done! Excellent!
