History

Established in 2004.

Shelley Sims realized she had a love for remodeling during her first project that was a fix and flip home in Boulder in 1996. She started her design business after many years of working for others doing set design, party decoration, and visual merchandising. The majority of her clients have been residential second home owners in resort locations in the Rocky Mountains. She has worked in Silverthorne, Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail, Snowmass Village and Aspen. She also has completed many projects for hospitality clients in Denver, and Snowmass Village. The majority of her business is from repeat customers, which is proof that her clients are happy and satisfied.

Business Owner

Shelley is a native of Colorado. She is a great combination of the love of fashion that she learned from her mom, while growing up in Fort Collins. And the love of Real Estate that she learned from her dad, while spending time with him in Summit County. Her interior design talents are a fantastic combination of both influences. «I love textiles, color and design. I really enjoy the transformation process that happens during remodeling projects. I enjoy taking care of the details so my clients can get outside and enjoy these beautiful Rocky Mountains».
