Northridge4x4

I will update my previous review from 1 star to 4. Solely for the actions of the store manager. He called my husband because he had been out of the store for awhile. My husband explained what had been going on and took care of things to my husband’s satisfaction. The parts were installed yesterday. Yes it was 2 months past the order date, but, the customer service went above and beyond to make a terrible situation a pretty darn good one. Thank you for that.

Ordered Poison Spyder Rocker Knockers from Northridge and the were delivered within 3 days. Unfortunately, UPS tore the box and thought my metal Rock rails were some how damaged by the box being torn. No fault of Northridge at all. I contacted them told them what happened and they immediately called UPS to try and get them routed back to me, but UPS said they had to send them back. Long story short they worked tirelessly to get them back to me and kept me updated the whole way. Thanks Paul and Dave for all your help. You have definitely earned my business forever!!!

Unlike some of the other reviewers here, ie.) ones looking for an «estaminet» and people that bring Land Cruisers to a Jeep shop and can’t comprehend that it takes time to line up said desired parts with an appropriate dealer that can supply said parts at a rate you can then profit from, I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences with Northridge 4×4.
If you drive a Jeep (after all, Northridge is a Jeep shop, that will flat out tell you they specialize in Jeeps) then this is very simply the place to go. Set aside 4wp and quadratec, Northridge has what you need and their service very simply makes you understand why they lasted through the recession.
Recently I purchased some new diff covers for my TJ through them on a Friday at 11pm. They offer free shipping on anything 100 $ or more, and the diff covers were waiting for me when I got home on Tuesday. They make it a point to pack things with care, and even gave me a call to verify everything arrived as described.
In short, if you want a no hassle, no BS place to get your Jeep parts from, Northridge has what you need.
That’s not to say I don’t still go to 4wp to pick up spicer seals and u-​joints. I mean, they’re around the corner… but if you require any specialty modifications and choose not to get a bunch of made in china crap, Northridge is your one stop shop.

Not a good experience I tried to get some work done for my husband Birthday the manager old owner was no help and I seemed more of a bother then a potential costumer. I had quite a bit of money to spend and could not even get an estaminet. Oh we’ll other shops would love to take my money and give me great service.

Bought a AEV 3.5″ premium lift and was wonderful to deal with. Dave was very helpful and all questions I had. I also spoke to Brian a couple of time and he also was very helpful. Great product at a great price! I will be buying from them again.

I purchased a 1″ motor mount lift, 1″ body lift, and a AA shifter relocation bracket from
last night, and received a phone call today saying the mml I choose would drive me crazy with vibrations through the steering wheel. So they offered to change my order and save me 30 bucks on the final cost. Not to mention they shipped the order after the call. I also emailed
several times today and they responded within two minutes. Really helpful staff, really good prices, and amazing service. 5 stars hands down.
