I love taking my dog here for grooms. I drop her off, shop around silverdale, and she is usually done within an hour and they call me to get her. I really like that. This way she doesn’t have to be in a cage too long waiting. They are so incredibly friendly here. Valerie is our groomer and I recommend her for kitsap pups.

My review is based off of their self-​grooming stations:
I’ve decided any time on a whim that it was time for my pup to have a bath. Rarely ever do I schedule to rent a booth more than a day ahead of time, my schedules busy between work and two small children so a grooming appt (one that Im the one doing the grooming at) isn’t high on my priority list. But when it’s time– it’s time! We all know that «smell» right?!
Their staff has always been very kind and courteous, whether on the phone or at the store they’ve never provided anything less than customer service. There are two different bath tubs you can rent, and the first time I went in I was stumped which one to choose. The attendant working the grooming station had no problem explaining in great detail the differences between the two. I opted for the hydro-​surge (more expensive of the two) and haven’t wavered since. They hydro-​surge hashtag the shampoos/​conditioners attached to the hose and nozzle. So with a flick of a switch, you can choose between the different options of the two. It’s convenient. Super convenient when you’re working with a 65 pound ball of love! They have great options for shampoos and conditioners. When they send you back after they check you in, they also give you a basket with all the grooming supplies you need, and they have always been cleaned very well. I’ve never had an issue with cleanliness here.
The dryer is great once you’ve completed the wash. It’s like a commercial size wet/​dry vacuum with a blower attached to it (sorry for my absolutely silly description, only thing I could compare it to). It’s so much better than the punt hair dryer I’ve tried to dry my pup with at home. In less than 10 minutes my pup is dry and ready to hop in the back of my car without leaving wet spots and the lingering «wet dog scent» we all love to hate.
I recommend this place to anyone who needs a spot to groom their fur babies. The service is top notch, they have great supplies to use and their grooming stations are always clean when I use them.

Updating my review now that N4P is my dog’s regular groomer.
My dog blends the attention hogging of a diva with the desire to always be dirty of a regular dog. So regular visits to a groomer are right up her alley. Fortunately, dog and groomer have formed a spiritual bond. Sara always does an exceptional job with her, and every time we bring the dog in, she makes a beeline for the grooming side. We won’t go anywhere else. Our dog won’t let us.
The grooming is worth every penny. A match made in my account, if you will.

Went in there for the first time about a month ago. Was never acknowledged, they weren’t busy. I was clearly looking for something which I couldn’t find, so I left without buying anything. Won’t be back.

They have the best selection of premium pet food, from kibble to BARF. And they have a whole herd of critter treats! Staff is super friendly and helpful. My dog loves going here.

The store is a bit on the pricey side definitely good for the spoiled pup, the in house trainer is arrogant and will cram treats down a dogs throat until they puke on the side walk, her only interest is with purebred agility dogs, she will kill an owners confidence with there dogs but then again it’s how she makes money. I wish they had a better and more balanced trainer.

Not happy at all with their Grooming service. I’ve used the services five times maybe. Each time I stand and wait and wait. I am never acknowledged by grooming staff. I stand and wait. I hollered «Hello»!! NOTHING! They can’t hear me over the dryers,
Today I arrived for my appointment. After waiting ten minutes I went to the front and asked «what does it take to be acknowledged back there?» twice I did this. The front staff informed me I was late for my appointment. I was told at @2:00, I wrote down @ 2:00 while making the appointment. I have the post-​it here at my desk. I was offered an appointment ½ later. I had already waited twenty minutes. NO THANK YOU. I returned my purchase and was refunded the grooming fee. They lost me as a customer. I wrote them a note on the website,
How can they call themselves a spa? Just for simple nail trimming. I’m not as upset about the mix up with the appointment. I’m upset because it took twenty minutes to leave the store dissatisfied.

WoW im dumbfounded right now. Went in to use the self service dog wash, it’s $ 22 for 45 minutes. Per dog. We have two dogs, bathe them regularly, and it’s something that takes about 15 to 20 minutes. I was kind of taken back when I was told it would be $ 22 PER dog even if we didn’t use the full 45 minutes. What a freaking rip off. I can buy enough shampoo and conditioner to bathe them for a year for $ 50. Head to Park Ave Pets in Bremerton if you need dog food! :) and don’t waste your money on the ridiculous mark ups here, for the store name! I saw many products that are not natural nor good for your animals. Good luck, Naturally4Paws.

Loved the grooming here. Valerie is amazing but keep in mind you will need to make an appointment at least 2 to 3 weeks out… It’s worth it!

Finally, a wonderful dog groomer with a decent price! They were polite, helpful, and Sara took the time to get to know my dog when I dropped him off. My dog was ready to be picked up when I was told he would. This has never happened at other groomers I’ve taken him to. The cost was fair, and they didn’t nickel and dime everything like most groomers. I even got a welcome bag for being a new customer! The store attached is pretty cool, though I didn’t buy anything this time. We’ll definitely be back!

Have done several classes now with Trainer Noël, she is patient with you AND your dog. Taking the time to listen to you, your concerns, the effect that you want to take away from classes and then she helps you achieve those goals. Could not wish for a happier outcome with our dog and our classes. Thanks Noël!

Love this place! Not only a great store to find things for my pup, but also my guinea pigs. They easily have the healthiest, safest food and treats around. I have yet to find a place that compares as far as service, high-​quality feed, and yes — prices! And I absolutely adore the little bakery section they have for pet treats! I’m definitely planning on stopping by in a couple of weeks to pick up one of their adorable birthday themed dog treats for my bday pup!

This is an excellent pet store. To start with, the people are really nice. They have a bunch of great food brands and a ton of variety. The prices aren’t crazy. They offer training classes and grooming. It’s a good place to stop by and take good care of your fur babies.

If you spoil your Dog, This is the Place for you. This has got to be one of the Nicest pet stores in Kitsap ! A great Selection of Quality (And I Mean Quality) Pet Foods including a Raw Natural food selections in refrigerators. Many, Many Pet toys to choose from, Very Cool. A Bakery type display case of Doggie Treats makes you just want to grab a treat for your Pup. Friendly & Helpful staff on my visit.
They have an awesome looking Training Center/​Room. Also a Grooming/​Spa section. You can «Do It Yourself» also for a pretty good price. All equipment provided to bathe your own pet, From cool Pet Sinks, Soaps, Towels. Very Cool.
I think I’ll start spoiling my dogs in their old age…

This place is wonderful and very inexpensive for grooming. Diane was the groomer for my Shellie and was wonderful. She even put a little bandana on my girl. I was very pleased and will go again and again.

My husband and I brought our dog Buddy in for a wash and haircut. Asley listened to how we wanted Buddy’s cut. Also they ONLY use natural shampoos and conditioners. The use the same we use at home. Soo cool! When we came back to pick him up we were SO happy with they way he looked! Definitely bringing Buddy back! Way to go!

We stopped here on our way out of town and after visiting Naturally 4 Paws decided it was the BEST doggie boutique we’ve seen, including by favorite go-​to one in Virginia (which is STELLAR! Btw).
From their toys to treats to homeopathic items to clothing to food, I was impressed. They carried virtually every brand I use & even had a locally sourced raw-​diet. Basically this was the Whole Foods version of a dog store. And the staff were very knowledgeable & extremely friendly :)

Easily one of the best pet stores in Kitsap County. Great selection of food and treats. Great selection of Wheat and Corn FREE options. Staff is helpful and friendly, the store is clean and inviting. My dogs love it here!

Naturally 4 Paws is hands-​down the BEST pet store you can visit in Kitsap County.
My dog has severe allergies, and the staff has been knowledgeable and helpful every time we have stopped in. Whether I’m asking about food and treats, supplements, skin care or accessories, these people really know their stuff.
The store is well-​stocked and the only thing I haven’t been able to find there is a breed-​specific magnet for my car («I Heart My Boxer»), which they happily offered to hold for me once the order arrives. Seriously, anything you need they have it. If your pet needs vitamins, they have them. Catnip? They have that too. Alfalfa for your bunny rabbit? Yup, it’s there. They have all sorts of hiking and sporting equipment for outdoor excursions with the pup, too.
The price point is a little higher, due to the holistic/​natural market niche they occupy (think Safeway vs. Whole Foods). HOWEVER, it’s totally worth it because I can trust that everything they recommend for my pet is natural, safe and healthy. They’re locally owned, too, and I’m willing to pay a bit more to support local business.

Eager to offer free samples of food & treats, along with suggesting diet upgrades *such as raw* and promoting educational seminars to help pet owners learn more about the benefits of raw feeding, amongst other things.
