Customer service is terrible.
We’ve in to warranty out a battery. They totally took advantage of my wife and sold a Napa battery. Have it for two months and its died twice. Took it back it to get my money back and Brett the service mgr says the battery is fine. «Its the same one that the state patrol uses. He said my car has a problem. He wouldn’t refund my money staying this isn’t a parts store. So I’m now playing the warranty it out game with Goodyear.

I just rolled in because my tire kept leaking, only to find out that their machine is not capable of dismounting my low profile tires from my wheel… This is a pretty common issue with my car (it is usually pretty difficult to work on) so no biggie in my mind. I asked what I should do then. The guy at the desk suggested other places that could probably take care of it… He listed off places that I did not particularly want to go to due to terrible experiences in the past. He then offered to have me come in and said he would take my wheel off and take it to the other place himself! I was so uncomfortable with having to deal with another business and he saw that and was willing to do whatever it would take to make me happy.
That is customer service.
That is what makes a business successful.
And that is what will keep me coming back.

I continually have good experiences here. I have been bringing both of our vehicles to this location for several years. New tires, diagnostic testing, oil changes, minor repairs, etc. The staff has been helpful and honest each and every time.
I feel like I can trust what they say and trust them to tell me when work is over their heads and then they refer me to a different shop. The prices are reasonable and you can even get great coupons and deals sent to you via email.
Call ahead to make an appointment or to see if they are busy and maybe could get you in right away. Work has always been fast and reliable. A+

Took my car in for rough idle issues. Over $ 500.00 later and still the issue unresolved they wanted to charge me an additional $ 200.00 for additional diagnostics. Took my car to Firestone in Bremerton. Same diagnostics was $ 70.00!!! Goodyears Silverdale techs don’t have the scope of knowledge or experience that the techs at Firestone Bremerton have. You do the math!

Never do I write reviews on places I take my car until now, This place is awesome. I had my brakes done here which they did for a good price (especially since they are the only place in town that does a military discount). Any way just over a year later I heard a noise in that same car so we took it back to Good year and they said they couldn’t find the noise per say, but that they did see that somehow the brake pads had cracked and promptly replaced them FOR FREE! even though it was just over the year warranty they didn’t charge me. I was so happy I asked them to do an oil change that I had planned to do myself. They have earned my business for as long as I live in this area.
