For some background: My husband and I had just moved to WA from across the country, were unfamiliar with the area, and were under a time crunch to buy our first home. We had spoken and even toured with several local realty groups and were unimpressed by all of them UNTIL we met Frank Leach and Rob Hartman of the Frank Leach Group.
The Frank Leach Group was AWESOME. From the first email to our key handover, Frank, Rob & staff were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and East Coast fast. They were committed to educating us about the home buying process, dedicated to working within our needs, budget, and time frame, and focused on making us their first priority. Frank and Rob put us at ease, gave us great insight, showed us properties that fit and were at our sides the whole way. Straight up, we loved working with them.
Buying a home is a daunting process, especially for newbies like us, but Frank and Rob turned what seemed like an insurmountable task into something logical, transparent, and as painless as possible. If we ever sell our home, we will list it with them. If we ever buy a new house, we will use them. If anyone asks me who I recommend, I say Frank & Rob. Hands down, they are the best.
