Xu Strings offers a full range of repair, upgrade and maintenance services for guitars and basses. If you need a quick setup, fretwork, small cosmetic repairs, hardware upgrades or your guitar just ‘doesn’t work,’ it can all be had, done or fixed at a reasonable price.

Xu Strings specializes in electronics work. If you are ‘chasing a tone,’ or want to experiment with some new sounds and want more versatility from your instrument, drop a line for a quick consultation. Established in 2010.

Xu Strings is a registered business in the State of Maryland. In 2010, Xu Strings became an authorized dealer of Pyramid Strings. In 2015, Xu Strings became an authorized dealer for LR Baggs.

Daniel H.

Business Owner

Daniel has been fixing, modding and building guitars since high school. He has striven to learn every last detail about the construction of the instrument and about the many different makes and models of guitars and basses. After many years of continually fixing guitars for other people, he went official in 2010 and registered his business with the State of Maryland and got a tax license and all that jazz. He has been servicing happy customers ever since.
