TriServe, Inc. provides ²⁴⁄₇ Emergency Water Damage Restoration Services, including water extraction, flood and sewage cleanup, and structural drying. Additionally, we specialize in flooring repair and new floor covering sales and installation. Plus, we provide carpet/​rug cleaning, ceramic tile and grout cleaning, and even pressure washing.

Our certified experts can help both residential and commercial customers. They can dry out your basement, clean your floors, and/​or fix your walls back to their pre-​loss condition, using the most current and pre-​approved techniques by insurance agencies.

Our emergency services specialize in urgent response… within 60 min. after the local call is received. Our response team understands the compassion and understanding they require to assist in emergency situations. They take great pride and dignity in the care of each case.

History

Established in 2010.

TriServe was established in 2010 as a family owned business employing its staff with very experienced and technical professionals. Furthermore, the company has been certified by the IICRC in water damage restoration and is licensed and insured for carpet and rug cleaning, new carpet, hardwood, tile, and vinyl sales and installation, sanding and refinishing, and carpet/​rug repairs.

TriServe has very good standing with its clients and has worked with a variety of agencies, both residential and commercial since its opening in 2010. Having served the greater DC metropolitan area has given TriServe a very reputable name.

Also, TriServe has had the opportunity of working with the victims of the most recent hurricanes in the Northeast region, such as Hurricane Sandy and Irene. They were able to respond to hundreds of calls in a timely manner without costing the customers any further unnecessary damage or repairs.

Manager

Terra, the Senior Manager has been working at TriServe since its inception. She has brought to the company both financial and managerial concepts and skills since the creation of the business. She is a very hard working, dedicated, and technical adviser, who pays careful attention to detail. Furthermore, her warm and friendly personality aids in her ability to assist the most urgent and worried customers, especially in times of an emergency. Terra serves all the customers and staff members with the utmost dignity and respect, while often under a high amount of pressure and sense of urgency. She cares about her work and all the people she interacts with.
