Established in 2011.

Travis Vollmerhausen moved to First Home Mortgage as a Branch Manager for the Silver Spring office in May of 2011 after 12 years at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Since moving to First Home, Travis has continued as a Top Producer, serving DC, MD, VA, NJ and DE clients looking to purchase or refinance residential properties. He is supported by the «The Vollmerhausen Team», which consists of Kyla Hayden — Marketing Assistant, Dayleann Koch — Production Assistant, and Alyssa Brereton — Processor.

Travis has been in the mortgage industry for 15 years, closing over $ 600 million in personal production. Over the past 13 years, Travis has consistently achieved «Top Producer/​Leaders Club» status, ranking in the top 5 percent in total volume as a Loan Officer and Branch Manager. He has also won several customer service awards by consistently focusing on each customer’s specific, individual needs, which is the cornerstone of his business philosophy. Travis completed his studies in 1998 with a double degree in Finance and English from Loyola University in Baltimore. He’s an avid swimmer and sports fan, and he has been a season ticket holder for the Washington Redskins and University of MD basketball for the past 10 years. Travis and his wife, Rosana are the proud parents of 3 wonderful children… Marley, Jack, and Nate.
