For my first appointment with Traci, I received a warm and friendly greeting upon arriving and a very thorough consultation. She asked me specifically what I wanted, we looked at a few photos I brought, and she gave me her opinion on how I could achieve the look. She was patient with me and very knowledgable. I was so nervous because I was trying a new style with a new stylist — ladies, you know how stressful that can be! For my look, I wanted to install a few tracks to an already short style to add some length in the front and rocker girl vibes to my style. She added the tracks, cut and styled it in record time. I was surprised at how efficient she was. I was very happy with my look but like I mentioned, very nervous about trying out a new style. So when I got home and looked at the installation and cut from every angle possible, I decided that I wanted the tracks cut a little shorter. I called her and explained and she told me to come back that day. I went right back to the studio and she cut my hair to my liking on the spot. Now it wasn’t a huge difference… but the fact that she told me to come back immediately and made sure she gave me the exact look I wanted is a sign of a true professional. She stands by her work! (applause) Overall, I had a great first experience and have booked my second appointment. If you’re new to the area or looking for a new stylist, I highly recommend Traci.
