We are a full service Audiology practice offering diagnostic hearing evaluations for newborns to adults. We provide hearing aid evaluations and fittings. We utilize the latest in digital hearing aids to fit our patients. We have a 45 day trial period and accept most insurances. Many insurance companies, including Federal plans, have hearing aid benefits. We also offer financing, including 12 month interest free.

History

Established in 2007.

I have another practice in Bowie, Maryland which I opened in 1988. Marci Smith and I both live in the Olney area and wanted to work a little closer to home a few days a week. Leisure World Plaza is a wonderful location, serving Olney, Rockville, Aspen Hill, Wheaton and Silver Spring.

Business Owner

Red Hat Audiology is owned by Dr. Gwyneth Newcomb. Dr. Newcomb has been practicing Audiology for over 28 years. She is a native of the Washington, D.C. area. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Hearing and Speech Sciences from the University of Maryland and a Master’s degree in Audiology from Northwestern University. She completed her Doctoral studies at A.T. Still University in Mesa Arizona.
