How long does it take to buy a single battery from here? Just a battery yes it’s a specialty battery for a food thermometer. But I see it there on the wall and that’s all I have to get just a quick grab and jaunt pay for in almost exact change. Alright now how long? A minute well okay maybe 5 at most right? Try 30 mins and that’s with 5 people working there on a weekday at 4 in the afternoon. But the thing is there are 12 people in here all for the same reason. Some sort of problem with their cell phones and a very perplex looking sales clerks scratching there heads trying to get these people up and running. But all I have is a $ 4 dollar battery and cash you can ring me up while you are on hold with your cell phone support center. All these people are here for the same thing long difficult to solve problems stemming from bad cell phone service through Radio Shack so why am I suffering?!? Dammmm… people get Verizon you’ll have no problems. I just want to get this and go why am I a hostage here this doesn’t make sense I not going to another Radio Shack I’m here and want to get this now while I still remember that I need this. Just a quick transaction please you can keep the dollar change I gots ta go «Homes». Well eventually they got to me finally… I understand first in line and all but come on… it took longer for him to explain that he had to deal with these problem plagued phones users first then the 1 min it took to ring me up. Yeah thanks I won’t be back to this particular location… toooo much.
