Established in 1985.

James S. Nickelsporn incorporated his law office in 1985. In 2002, Richard Lundin joined him as a co-​owner and the firm was re-​named Nickelsporn & Lundin, P.C. Jim and Rick together have over 50 years of legal experience. Many of the paralegals and other staff have been with the firm for more than a decade. The team is very experienced in helping clients with the problems and difficulties they face in personal injury and auto accident cases and divorce and custody cases. In addition to the lawyers and paralegals, the firm employs a nurse consultant and has investigators who track down leads to help the attorneys build a winning case.

Richard Lundin was admitted to practice in Maryland in 1994 and the District of Columbia in 1996. He helps people injured in auto accidents recover compensation from the insurance companies. He also helps people going through divorce and separation and custody disputes.
