I wanted to submit a negative review related to this company that goes under several names with several aliases. This company is operating in a fraudulent manner and has multiple company names with multiple aliases associated with their company. I wanted to warn everyone and anyone away from this company as they are absolutely a company that should be shut down and possibly even prosecuted criminally. To be clear, Vincent Christian Lawn more and small engine repair is the same company as the other seven indicated below. They use these aliases to avoid detection and go around the area essentially doing very bad work and running with your money, never completing the work. Their business profile is linked to All Pro Exteriors as well as several other profiles. I have all eight companies listed below that are all tied to the same business profiles.
They came, gave me a high pressure quote making promises that were unfortunately never kept. We have a signed contract and they did not complete the work. It was done on my roof, so they claimed completion and did not complete the work. I asked if they would let me use their ladder to go up on the roof to see the work and they said that they already packed everything up so I was unable to verify this fact until they were gone, at a later time when I could borrow a ladder. I called them and asked them to come back and they said they would be out in two days, they never showed up, I called them again and they blocked my telephone number. I called them from another number, they (AKA Gus) immediately answered and they said they would come and never showed and when I called them back, they had blocked that number. I then called them from a third number and they answered, I asked them to come back out to look at my roof, they said sure thing, I’ll call you back later today and he hung up on me. I called back and my third number was now blocked. I have a signed contract from them, listing the items they would do for the job and they only completed about ²⁄₃ or less of the items on the list. They are scam artists and criminals. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! They did the terrible work, less than ²⁄₃ and my roof still leaks which is why I called them. $ 3,500.00 down the drain! These guys are all over Craig’s List with their adds and I hope everyone knows to please stay away from them.
They never finished the work and will not honor their warranty as the singed contract indicates. They just block my numbers. I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am also in the process of filing a formal complaint with the State of Maryland licensing boards and have spoken with Angie’s list Service Provider Integrity department.

Eeks! Just called this company from their ads running a muck on CL. Obviously they need the free advertising. The person who answered phone was rude and extremely obnoxious. If there was a category for 0 stars! and call at your own risk! they would fit the profile. Stay clear of these guys they have no business being in business. They can’t even get a customer from CL with a roof leak. Unbelievably poor telephone etiquette. Stay clear! You have been warned… To the guy who answered the phone look up the word etiquette.

this business will up sell and pressure sell on the spot. avoid at all cost. The estimate went from 500 — 800 over the phone to over a grand in person without additional working visibly completed at the end. When questioned about the actual work that was completed, the owner became irate and indicated that he had to leave. This was all handled in a very unprofessional manner. There wasn’t any communication of time constraints when they arrived. The work itself was a bit shady. There are many signals that this is not a business built to last.
