We offer massage therapy by a male massage therapist who specializes in pain management as well as relaxation massage. We also offer hijama, cupping therapy done by both male and female therapist. We offer vaginal steaming done only by female therapist. Wellness coaching including weight management. All services are mobile.

History

Established in 2014.

Naafiah Hijama is focused on holistic healing. We began this company because we have seen so many of our friends and family suffer from illnesses. Things that, with the proper education and natural treatment plans could’ve saved lives. We wanted to help the community heal itself through education, empowerment and natural holistic healing. We realize that many people are busy and don’t have much time to get to a spa so we bring the spa experience to you.

Hi I’m Nafia,

I’m the mother of five and love helping other women in our community live happier and healthier lives. For years I’ve studied Holistic Healing in both Eastern and African Modalities. I’ve shared my knowledge with my friends and family and now I’m ready to share with you. The Cupping techniques I use are stationery and moving glass cups greatly enhance many spa/​body treatments and massage modalities and are beneficial for the treatment of:

Circulatory diseases

Treating blood pressure

Diseases of the chest and trachea

Headache and migraines

Varicose veins

Pain in the neck and stomach, and rheumatic pain in the muscles

Some diseases of the heart and chest, and pain in the joints

Cellulite Removal

One of my favorite treatments is the Vaginal Steam because it really gives your lady parts a treat while healing and detoxifying. I love making the hand mixed herbal blends for teas and at home v steaming. As you can see I love what I do, it’s all I can talk about.
