Ms. Leish is fantastic. She is easy to work with and explains everything clearly unlike some planners I’ve interviewed. She is very thorough and knowledgeable and has made some recommendations that have improved my situation. I feel like she is really looking out for me. I like that she is a fiduciary so my interests are paramount and I like that she does not sell products.

Ms Leish at Money Plans was recommended to me a year ago when I needed a registered fee-​only financial advisor. After interviewing others before my final decision, l found Ms Leish to have all the qualifications and experience I required. I found her to be genuine and sincere in her decision making, unlike other planner’s who wanted to sell me products or expensive plans. She found a mortgage broker for me that reduced my rate 3 points! I tried to do this on my own without success. She work with me throughout the entire process, even finding me a handyman to finish the work that the mortgage co. required. She is very professional and attentive to my needs, which I find a significant plus in working with her. Ms Leish reviewed my documents, ie, estate planning, insurance policies and with modifications, developed an entire plan that improved my financial status that works well for me. I will continue to recommend Ms Leish and Money Plans to others as she is exceptional in her field.

Run, do not walk to your next possible financial advisor. Choose someone who is a certified financial planner. Although Peg Downey was a partner in this firm, she has retired and Denise Leish is NOT certified. I consulted with her and experienced a bait and switch — she quoted an estimated fee for our consultation and charged me nearly double the amount without indicating that there would be an increase in the fee charged. I was and am unhappy with the service provided and would not recommend her at all.
