History

Established in 2013.

MacTipster was started by Mike Wish, a DC area native and Apple fanatic. As intuitive as Apple products can be, Mike encountered many people during his time as a Genius, who sought more than the Apple Store could offer in a 10-​minute appointment or a 30-​minute training session in a busy store. They needed help in the privacy of their home or business dealing with larger issues and deeper training uniquely relevant to them and their technological environment. MacTipster is fundamentally built on the idea that Apple owners deserve the highest level of service for the best products in the world.

Business Owner

Mike Wish is a former Apple employee and DC area native. Mike is an Apple Certified Support Professional who has spent the last 6 years supporting Apple products and training users on them in a variety of environments both business and personal. He has a keen understanding of both the technology and the user such that he is able to teach concepts in an easily digestible way.
