We’ve used Mr. Lynch since the 1990s. My experiences have been like Dan’s. My Lynch is very professional, and he is very prompt. His fees are reasonable, he takes his time, and he explains what he is doing, and makes recommendations on how to prevent pest problems. I highly recommend him. As a matter-​of-​fact, I’m a Realtor and he is on my recommended vendor list that I give to clients, so I’m very confident recommending him. I understand why Michael K was frustrated about a overlooked appointment, but it sounds like this was a single experience, and not worthy of trashing someone’s livelihood.

Made a service appointment and never showed. Called over 3 hours later and joked that he «plumb forgot». Forgetting an appointment is NOT A JOKE!
Apparently, not taking his commitments seriously is some kind of joke to him.
Don’t hire this clown.
