Left my keys back at my parent’s house, and only realized when I got to Reagan. Called these guys from the airport, quoted over for phone. When I got to my apt, I called them and they showed up in less than 30 mins.
Great and very professional. Prices are going to be high anywhere you call since there will be a service fee. Similar to other places I called. Was $ 29 for the service charge and $ 125 since it was a high security lock. Quoted $ 75 – 125 over the phone for the lock and $ 29 for the service charge. Would use them again.

We used Unilocal to find a reliable locksmith. We previously used another company after locking ourselves out of the house and they quoted us $ 100 to $ 175, but charged us $ 350 for breaking the lock and replacing it. It was a complete rip off but he saw us with a 2-month old and a 2-year old and knew we were desperate to get the doors open.
This company was very professional. We requested an appointment on Saturday late afternoon and received service on Sunday morning. The installation was quick and very professionally done. The estimate was reasonable and each additional charge was well justified and agreed upon before he proceeded to do the work. We received a smart-lock last Christmas and could not find a reliable person to install it. Most did not even know what it was. We not only got the smart-lock installed but a new door lock and handle (which the guy provided) in matching color. He was well prepared and very professional. Highly highly recommended!!! We will hire him again when we decide to change the rest of the locks.

Thank you Unilocal!!!I got locked out of my friends house (it’s the last time that I do dog sitting!
I went to my friends house in Bethesda MD last night around 9 pm and took the dog out for a walk… Long story short the door locked behind me with my friends keys inside! I tried 2 other «local locksmith» from Bethesda and there was NO SHOW!
Then I called Locksmith Silver Spring and Udi pick up the phone and he said he will be at my friends place in 30 minutes — 25 minutes later he was here!
Great service! Great guy! Highly recommended

This guys rock! We needed a locksmith after my wife purse got stolen wait her ID and house keys in it.
We googled «24 hour locksmith in silver spring «and this guys Unilocal page was popping out with some owesome reviews! Then I called them up and Aviad answer my call and within 35 minutes Uri was at our door! He walk us through the different types of locks and we choose the MulTlock high security locks to all our doors.
Uri said that «you can’t go wrong with the MulTlock! It’s the best lock that money can buy!» And it’s definitely looks like that! The key is thicker and better built then my old house key.
Long story short — Locksmith Silver Spring is the best call if you need a locksmith!

On my way to an important company meeting, I managed to leave the house without my keys. As the door slams in my face, I realized the keys were not in my pockets and started to panic.
Thank god for my iPhone, I looked for locksmiths around my area. And I found a locksmith company called Locksmith Silver Spring, I didn’t catch the name of my locksmith, but he was very nice and happy to help me. He opened the door and made 4 copies of the keys and guess what! They work perfectly! Thank you! It cost me $ 115 for this process.

This dispatch service is the WORST. They claim low rates, but they sent someone from Payless Locksmith who has a ONE STAR rating? Why would you deal with a company that is known for ripping off customers? And when I tried to call and make a complaint, they kept me on hold and couldn’t find someone to speak to me. They also did a bait and switch on the time. They tell you it will be 20 minutes and an hour later you’re still waiting. I would not have minded it being an hour. I would have just allotted my time differently. Instead you race to get there so the person isn’t waiting, but still wind up waiting. He also failed to outline the price of services. He tells you something will cost X, but something else was extra. I have used all sorts of service providers. Locksmiths, plumbers, HVAC people. I’ve never once felt ripped off – until now.

We had all the locks changed in our house after moving in, which totaled 4 locks. Aviad responded quickly and was very polite and professional. We haven’t had any trouble with the locks since they’ve been changed, whereas before they were sticking and difficult to turn. Aviad also told us about the locks in our house and gave us multiple options to choose from when installing new locks.
Overall, Aviad provided fantastic customer service and great quality of work for a competitive price.
