Innovation Carpet Cleaning Flood and Water Damage Restoration

Horrible. Just horrible. I would give this zero stars if it were an option.
I bought the Dealfind voucher a couple weeks ago to get my couches cleaned and when I called Ebenezer (Ben) to schedule the appointment, he told me he could come Saturday morning around 9 but to text him the information so he could call me back. I think he was driving at the time, so whatever, I texted him. Did he call back? Of course not. I had to call back the next day to confirm that he had received the information and he was actually going to show up at my place when he said he would. Anyway, he called Saturday morning to say he was on his way, showed up around 9:15 (no huge problems there) but proceeded to complain about street parking in DC and how he shouldn’t take jobs in DC because of the parking issue. Sorry dude, not my problem. Little did I know that was just the beginning:
1. After he hauled all his equipment up to my place, he took one of his sweaty shirts off and threw it onto my pile of mail. What the??? NOT OKAY.
2. He took all sorts of phone calls, mostly personal (I’m assuming this as he was speaking in a different language) while on the job.
3. Last but not least, he paid ZERO attention to the walls/​flooring as he moved the couches around. As he was packing things up, I noticed he had scratched the CRAP out of the floor in the corner of the room. When I pointed it out and asked him what had happened, he told me that it was there before… and when I was like, «Hello, I JUST moved in here, these scratches came from you!» he yelled back at me, told me the room was tight and there was no room to move around properly, and the scratches were «nothing» and I was crazy for thinking the floors were damaged. When I asked to speak to his manager, he told me that he’d come back in a few hours to fix it. He did wind up coming back later that afternoon and actually did a good job patching up the scratches, but I got no apology out of him for anything. Awful.
I realize this happens when you buy random deals/​vouchers through the interwebs… and I should have consulted Unilocalers before I made the purchase, so I will admit that not doing the research was my mistake. Never again.
