DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE! Where to begin? First off, there was no parking at this medical park and the place was a huge dump. The elevators were not working and nothing was labeled properly. As soon as I got to the front desk, the receptionist appeared to be doing 10 things at once– answering the phone while trying to check in 2 patients at once. I arrived at 2:15 (15 minutes BEFORE my appointment). I wasn’t taken back to a room until 2:45 and at 3:30 I still hadn’t been seen by the doctor. I finally told the nurse I was leaving who told me to go to thee front to get my co-​pay. She didn’t even care that I was leaving!
How hard is it to call patients and tell them you’re running late?!
Bottom line: don’t waste your time or money here. There are far more, and better ENT specialists in the DC metro area.
