It is now one hour and 15 minutes past our appointment time. Not only did the receptionist glare at us and look pointedly at the clock when we arrived 5 minutes before our appointment, but she stopped helping us to tend to other patients. The general tone here is rude and unprofessional. Edit: Dr. Asher is professional and very good. The staff needs work!

I really liked this place. I’ve been going to Dr. D for a few years now. He’s always been super patient, taking the time to thoroughly understand my condition and talk through My options. My last visit has me questioning whether I’ll return. I had what I believed to be a sinus infection and was nearing the end of sickness.(Hubby gets them regularly and nursed me through like a champ) I’d never had one before and just wanted to make sure everything was fine. So Dr. D tells me yes, it’s a sinus infection and you’re nearing the end based on the nasal dripping I see up your nose, but I can run a scope up your nose to make sure it’s fine. He neglects to tell me this is quasi surgical procedure until he hands me the consent form to fill out. It just felt like a way to make a buck off me. Rather than saying, as he had in previous visits, everything looks fine, but come back if it’s not, he pushes this procedure. Trust can be a very hard thing to establish in doctor patient relationships and when that trust is shaken it’s hard to want to continue treatment. I need to make an appt for an issue soon, but am still on the fence aa to whether I’ll visit Dr. D and this practice again.

Dr B is wonderful. I didn’t like the associate I saw cause she kept pushing medication for my acid reflux before first handling my diet. I changed my diet and the reflux was gone but she kept insisting on me taking a prescription too. I know dr. B wouldn’t have done the same, he is so knowledgeable and understanding! Love him!

Scheduled an appointment for my wife as I was referred to Dr. Driscoll through my primary care physician. Was 15 minutes late and they told me we had to reschedule. I told her we drove all the way from DC of course she didn’t care. Way to maintain customer service and a great plan for patient retention. The staff in my opinion isn’t very cordial and not very accommodating. Can’t say anything about the Dr. But heard he’s very good. We have already found another Dr thanks to the receptionist!

Wonderful physicians and a caring and efficient staff… it does not get better than this! The wait for most doctors in the practice is not terribly long, and they seem to see patients on schedule most of the time… a breath of fresh air!
