He is very old school and took the time to understand how ny contractor had tied in radiant floor heat in a new addition the existing radiator. (Other people took one look at the system and walked away.) Price was more than reasonable.

I just had an incredible experience with Harry Varvounis Heating & AC. Another contractor had told me I needed to replace my boiler furnace. Harry took lots of time to look at the furnace and told me, nope, no need to replace. He said that on older model boiler furnaces, the metal is so strong that there may be rust on the outside of one of the boilers, but that’s surface only. The other contractor had told me the boilers were rusting out and I was ready to spend $ 7,000 with them. I think they just didn’t know boilers.
Honesty rocks!
