I thought they were great. Arman and Mike were my movers. They came about 30 mins late, no big deal, and moved everything fast and carefully (took no breaks that I recall). They spent 3 hours in total moving my stuff from bethesda (1st floor) to dupont circle (10th floor condo) and the total charge was $ 185, so the only fee in addition to the advertised $ 47/​hr was a $ 40 «distance charge» for moving from Bethesda to Dupont (Which honestly probably didn’t even cover their uhaul truck rental + gas roundtrip). I think that’s insanely affordable and definitely was expecting to be up-​charged with all these BS fees like most discount movers. The even wrapped my huge dresser mirror in blankets and saran wrap for free/​not extra charge.

Do not use this company! The men showed up on time, which is where the good service ended. The so-​called foreman complained about everything, from the distance from my apartment to the freight elevator to the fact that I moved to a D.C. townhouse that has two flights of stairs. Experienced movers should be used to everything, from stairs, to elevators. Also, the foreman tried to make up rules as he went along. For example, though the contract said nothing about a «fee» for stairs, he claimed that there was. He backed down when I challenged him. Also, the company charges by the hour. Unfortunately, the workers took several unauthorized breaks on my time and my dime.
