History
Established in 2014.
I started Elite Bodies in the fall of 2014. Prior to that I had 3 years of training experience working at a gym. During that time I am glad to say I helped the majority of my clients reach the goals they set for themselves. I helped people lose weight, tone their bodies, get stronger and feel better. During my third year, I felt the urge to evolve, develop my brand, and share my talent with people from all walks of life. That is when I started Elite Bodies. I offer a small group training program that is centered around strength training. My program differs from other fitness programs because I have integrated strength training with the other components of fitness, so my clients can have the complete fitness package.

I am the owner and Certified Trainer at Elite Bodies. I can’t necessarily pinpoint when my passion for fitness began. What I do know is that organized fitness is very empowering and boosts my confidence, and also gives me the energy and ability to enjoy the activities that come with the day. The feel of being fit is what I have always wanted to share with others
I strongly believe that through mastering the fundamentals of movement, you build a firm foundation to execute more advanced exercises safely and efficiently. It is for this reason that I am confident with working with varying age groups. I specialize in resistance training, cardiorespiratory training, balance training, core training, speed, agility and quickness training. I believe that not only does an integrated form of training help my clients build lean muscle and lose weight, it is also fun and exciting.
