They lost my skirt, tried to put it on me that I picked it up when in fact I did not. They told me on a monday it was not ready and come back later in the week. I returned thursday and nothing, no refund, no skirt, no customer service and admittance of fault. They claim there is no manager. Do not use them!

Wow, I can not believe DryClean Direct has a one star rating. This place is AWESOME! Staff is friendly and courteous-​many smiles at the door. They are cash only but have an ATM. They charge $ 1.98 per item. I just took in four winter coats (I have too many!) and one uniform to be cleaned-​it all cost me $ 11.98.
I have never had a problem with the quality or timeliness of their services.

Cash only so be prepared. You pay when you drop off your items.
It’s pretty cheap, but they are not friendly and I dropped off a $ 300 comforter that was ready 2 days after they said it would be, AND they went looking for it for 15 minutes. I thought they had ruined or lost it.
