History

Established in 2009.

Over twenty years in the floral industry as designer, wedding consultant, manager, and freelancer, Donna Lambert Wehling established a basement business to do flowers for the occasional friend or family wedding. Currently she is fulfilling her dream of creating an event business that couples her passion for flowers and people with a little flexibility for travel. Some people call that early retirement. I call it Donaflora. Every client is a member of the family, a new friend. Every wedding is our daughters wedding.

Business Owner

Donna has been a floral designer since she was a teenager. She has received an Associates in Floriculture, BS in Horticulture, FTD Master Designer, and was inducted into the prestigious AIFD. She has worked at shops from Washington State, Colorado, Michigan, Ohio, Virginia, to Maryland. She has done all types and styles of fresh and permanent floral design, and freelanced for holidays and events all over the DMV. Suffice it to say Donna LOVES this industry.
