Business Owner

I grew up in the island of Crete, in Southern Greece, where food is probably one of the most elaborate daily activities and one of the most enjoyable. I created The Greek Table™ line of fresh prepared Greek meals in 2008, with family recipes I learned from cooking in Greece with my mother and grandmothers as a kid. Later master them working professionally in Greece in the hotel and restaurant industry. These dishes bring to life the authentic cuisine of Greece, truly embracing the health benefits of the Mediterranean Diet. In Greece, eating is a social occasion and a central focus of daily life, our goal is to bring this experience to our customers.
