DelCor Technology Solutions, Inc., was founded by Loretta M. DeLuca in 1984. Headquartered in Silver Spring, Maryland, DelCor helps associations, nonprofits, foundations, and unions achieve progress through better application of technology. DelCor specializes in providing independent technology management consulting, robust network systems and support, and expert IT-​powered communication strategies.

History

Established in 1984.

Founder, CEO, and partner Loretta M. DeLuca formed PC Innovators in 1984. In 1987, the company was incorporated as Business Information Technologies, Inc., to reflect a growing array of services including database applications, system design, implementation, and network support. David Coriale, president and partner, joined the company in 1988. Loretta and Dave began working with nonprofits and expanded the company’s services to include association management systems selection, technology strategic planning, IT staffing/​structure, Web strategies, and CIO outsourcing. Brian Sheehan, VP of Network Systems & Support and partner, joined the company in 1993. In 1999, the company was renamed DelCor Technology Solutions, Inc. In 2009, in recognition of the power of IT to help organizations and people connect in powerful and innovative ways, DelCor added IT-​Powered Communications to its service offerings. DelCor in an ASAE member and focuses solely on the nonprofit community.
