We also understand that losing a loved one can be difficult. We will be there for you to help you express your caring in tasteful arrangements. We deliver to funeral homes throughout the DC area.

Same day deliveries are available throughout the DC area (calls must be in by 10am). Your satisfaction is our number one priority and we can send flowers anywhere in the country out of one of our affiliate shops.

Flowers for my daughter’s birthday were ordered through FTD for delivery on 2÷12÷16. Received email notice that flowers were delivered on 2÷12÷16. Flowers were not delivered until 2÷13÷15. By 2÷16÷16 90% of them were dead. They were delivered with roses that had brown tips, other flowers that were half dead AND dirty water. I called FTD after my daughter let me know the condition that they arrived in. She left town on 2÷14÷16 for four days. FTD did offer to exchange the flowers, but since my daughter had left town, she was unable to put the flowers out for an exchange. So — I spent $ 70 on half dead flowers — they didn’t last 3 days — and was unable to get any satisfaction through FTD. I will not use FTD again and I recommend that people stay away from Creative Floral.

Creative Floral was responsible for doing ALL of the floral arrangements for our wedding on Saturday, May 30th at St. John Vianney Catholic Church and Herrington on the Bay. Suzanne Anderson and her team of floral designers created such beautiful arrangements that I literally cried when I saw them at our wedding. The centerpieces with our lanterns were beautiful– people were fighting to take them home at the end of the night! I loved all of the flowers at our wedding. Suzanne took the time to work with me and incorporated a beautiful charm to attach to my bridal bouquet (which is still standing strong in a vase of water-​even though its been 4 days already!) I loved every aspect of our wedding and thanks to Suzanne– she made it possible. It was everything I dreamed it could be. Thank you Creative Floral Designs and Suzanne Anderson. You guys are the best!

I received a bouquet of flowers on Tuesday and they were so beautiful, a variety of large roses, small ones, gerber daisies and a few other fillers. The card had a space for instructions, but didn’t have any listed. Sadly, two days later five out of the six large roses were drooping. The next morning I called the flower shop and spoke with «Donna» who asked if I changed the water. (Huh? Didn’t realize I needed to do that on day two, but ok.) She was very empathetic and assured me a new bouquet, with a different type of large rose variety would be delivered later in the day. Creative Floral Designs brought a new bouquet as described and happy with it!

My mother ordered flowers for me throguh FTD and this was the florist that delivered them. I found out days later that the bouquet had been sitting in my apartment’s management office for days, as the manger was told that by the delivery man that he «taped a notice to your door,» which was a lie. I never recieved a notice and suspect that he taped it to the door of the entire building, which someone then took down.
In regards to the bouquet itself, my mom ordered a boquet of Gerba daises, but I mostly got alstroemerias and cheap carnations. I would not reccomend this service.

The best! Top-​notch service and they will keep making adjustments until they get your arrangement, corsage, etc. right! They made my son very happy after a bad experience at another local florist with a corsage for his date.

We used Creative Florals for our wedding flowers. They created beautiful, fresh floral arrangements that we were very happy with.
We had a few minor frustrations while working with them. At times, it was difficult to get in touch with them and it would take several phone calls or emails to get a response. On the day of the wedding, there were a few details that were not followed through with in the way requested — minor things, however, when you are paying for a service, you expect these things to be followed through on.
During our inital meeting it was suggested that we re-​use some flowers from the ceremony during the reception. It was implied that she would stay on-​site to move them herself, and no cost was mentioned nor included on the contract. Then during our final meeting, we were told it would be a $ 100 charge for this to be done. Not a huge deal, but it would have been nice to have been told about it upfront.
Overall, beautiful arrangements and we would use them again when buying flowers.

Ordered flowers for my Mom’s memorial service via FTD. The flowers were a no show but the shop reported the delivery to FTD. Funny part was the vm the driver left the next day saying he had just delivered them. Too bad we were already at the service as the flowers were a day late. When we finally got home, the arrangement had a huge base of green fill to compensate for the short stock flowers that were poor quality. The «…arranged in a designer lavender etched glass vase» was instead a basic vase. It was the worst $ 50 arrangement that I’ve ever seen. That didn’t include the delivery/​service fee.

Everything they could do wrong, they did wrong. The flowers were not the right color, wilted, and delivered in some strange box setup. The note was horribly copied, and they had a catalog to advertise their business stapled to the box! In an attempt to resolve the issues, I asked for a replacement. They said they would the same day… and two days later I had to call again to see where the flowers were. This time they made excuses as to how the flowers may look withered, but that should be expected right before they bloom, among other nonsense. They agreed to a refund, and I am still waiting to see that as well.

Repeated mess-​ups. Wrong flowers delivered for my 10th Anniversary, and then, after waiting around all morning on a Saturday, they delivered a cheap looking arrangement I could have gotten at Safeway. I spoke with the owner and he asked me to give him one more chance to fix it. I agreed. After waiting around for a few more hours, what I got looked slapped together, the colors didn’t match, and my wife was very disappointed. (I posted a picture of what they thought a $ 70 arrangement should be.) I won’t be using them again.

Service was Amazing! Went out of town this weekend and forgot to order flowers for my Mom. I called Creative Floral Design at the last second and they were still able to fulfill my order. Devin was exceptionally helpful and accommodating, especially on such a hectic weekend. I would definitely recommend them and use them again myself (lets just hope I don’t wait until the last minute next time.)

horrible! messed up my order when i had a special request that i paid extra for, when i called for a refund he only gave me back $ 10 out of the $ 60 i paid, never apologized, was difficult to get in touch with, and said he was «doing me a favor.» How is that doing me a favor when Im paying for it?

I have used Creative Floral Design for several arrangements over the years. In the past, I was the social chair for my fraternity, and we were able to call Creative Floral and get beautiful arrangements NEXT DAY from them that never ceased to amaze the girls.
