Cindi Scafide – State Farm Insurance Agent

I have had Cindi as my agent since I was 16 years old, and I am now almost 31. She is the most easy to talk to agent — she is accommodating, understanding, and not pushy. I have adjusted rates, gotten homeowners insurance, processed accident claims and more, and Statefarm has been so smooth and helpful all along the way. I got into a car accident that required my car to be out of commission for six weeks! My super inexpensive car rental coverage allowed me to not be without a vehicle during that time, and Statefarm processed the claim so quickly, even when The mechanics working on my car did not. Cindi answers emails in the blink of an eye, and is always willing to look over my policy and make sure I’m getting the best coverage for the right rates.
Recently I had my car towed and I got the reimbursement check within four days of the towing happening. I feel like that is exceptional in this day and age!
I am taking advantage of bundling, as well as other Statefarm discounts, and the pricing is fantastic.
All in all I am so happy with Statefarm, but more importantly with Cindi and this office. I have never had a problem or felt left in the lurch on situations that can be quite stressful. (I laugh when I think if my younger self calling her instead of my dad after my first minor accident: «Cindi what do I do!!» And of course she handled it)
I really don’t like insurance people usually — being sold to and feeling like you can’t trust someone isn’t great. But that simply isn’t the case here. All in all, highly recommended.

I used Cindi as an agent when I first moved to Maryland. She was amazing and very helpful. She even made a personal delivery of a good driver statement (for foreign car insurance) I needed because I was moving out of the country. When I finally moved back to Maryland after 3.5 years I tried getting insurance with another agent. They were rude and very had to understand. I immediately hung up the phone and called Cindi’s office and was once again very happy with the service. I don’t even know why I didn’t go to her first. I highly recommend her! Thanks!

Is one of the easiest Agents to work with, I have ever had in my life.
She works with me and my schedule, if we ever need to meet, and has amazing people skills!
Her staff a little less so, though still helpful.
I have almost every kind of insurance that I need through her, because of her customer service skills.
