History

Established in 2004.

Brian Cassidy, Bookseller was established in May 2004. It was largely a part-​time venture until 2006 when I attended the Colorado Antiquarian Seminar. Later that year, after a move to the west coast, I bought an existing bookshop in Monterey, CA and went full-​time. I was accepted into the ABAA in 2008. In late 2009, I closed my shop and moved to the Washington D.C. area where I’ve worked since. I maintain office space in downtown Silver Spring, MD where I welcome visitors by chance and appointment.
