Warren Gartrell has been my plumber since I bought my Mt. Pleasant home in 1997 (referred by a neighbor at that time). He is the best. Reliable, completely trustworthy, reasonable etc. I have referred others to him many times over the years, all with positive results.

Gartrell and Sons did an excellent job helping me to redo my bathroom over the winter. I acted as my own general contractor and subbed out the plumbing, electrical, and tile. Benjamin Gartrell, Jr. and his son were right there to perform the plumbing work.
The project involved repiping most of the house (it’s a 1.25 bath house from 1917), the rough-​in, and installation of fixtures. During demo, I found long hidden radiator lines which are being brought back into service.
While quoting did take a bit of time, it was worth it. Once on the radar, work was done effectively, scheduling was reasonable, and generally tasks were performed than I expected. The job was done on budget; even the add-​on of the radiator task was very reasonable.
He was particularly willing to work with my DIY style of renovation. He was willing to explain what he was doing and help suggest what I needed to do to help him. (He does also work in much less DIY jobs and his brother works on the maintenance side, though I don’t have experience with either.) I definitely recommend Gartrell and Sons.
