As a coffee roaster and drive-​through coffee shop, our focus is quality and freshness. We source coffees from around the world and offer them all on tap.

We serve two signature snacks — delicious power brownies and awesome spicy-​nacho kale chips and also fantastic super-​premium ice cream.

We roast off-​hours and if you see the ‘OPEN’ sign lit, we’re open; including Sundays. Otherwise, please see our regular hours.

History

Established in 2015.

Our concept is to be a ‘coffee roast house’ where we roast exceptional and diverse coffees from around the world and sell them bagged or brewed. We are Silver City’s first specialty coffee nano-​roaster and also a drive-​up coffee stand.

Business Owner

We have been pretty obsessed with coffee for some time. After moving to Silver, we found they didn’t have a specialty coffee roaster despite the otherwise progressive culinary atmosphere. We were thus inspired to provide a local source of beans and brewed beverages, prepared the way we enjoy them. And ‘Bean Vivant’ was born.

Also, when coffee shopping ourselves, we’ve always thought it would be cool to be able to taste a bean before buying it, so all of our coffees are available as a drink. This way, customers can do a ‘coffee flight’ of samples and taste things they might not have otherwise. We’re really excited about people discovering new coffees this way!
