Very nice lady! Her name is Shirley Sharp and she was very helpful and friendly. We were down from California and she made sure we got to go after getting bad info from Eastex canoe. They made a special trip to pick us up later so we could go. Canoeing the Big Thicket Village Creek was awesome!
