Recently used Stephanie’s Linens for a very important clients birthday celebration. Stephanie’s linens staff were great. They dropped the linens, and helped with wrapping tables. Couldn’t ask for any better service and the linens were beautiful. Looking forward to working with Stephanie’s Linens again.

Dora & Lorena exceeded our expectations at making my wedding even more wonderful than I dreamed of. From the long flowing white sheers on the ceiling to each one of the diamond chandlers’ for our ceremony/​reception and I am so please with the white dance floor! It made our room look amazing with the shoreline view of Long Beach at Hotel MAYA.
I have already referred you to a few of our friends getting married next year, since they saw first hand how professional and efficient you are at doing what you do best!
I will definitely be calling you soon for my glam baby birthday, we need all that glam and diamonds again!

Lorena’s work is definitely a gift from God. This past Sunday, she did a wedding I was coordinating. She came and worked her decorating magic, with her wonderful team. She may be located in a industrial area. But don’t be judgemental. Her work is 90 210-​plus status. She even did extra table decorations on my check-​in table the reception. Ohhh let me not foreget about the BEAUTIFUL centerpiece she had extra. Which she also gave to me, from another event. Love Lorena sweet lady, and blessing people on ALL budget types. Can’t wait to yse her ag as in in the future. And her office staff person Dora, is a sweetie also.

Lorena was recommended to us by our wedding planner. The store front isn’t in the best part of town and it’s a little cramped but I think that helps with the prices. We got a lot of great linen for a great deal. Lorena also supplied us with the chavari chairs, chair cushions, napkin rings and chargers. She was very patient with me and let me come in a few times and change my selections. There is A LOT to choose from in every color and texture imaginable. We spent a lot of time there getting the theme just right. Lorena and her team are very kind and very accommodating.

Stephanie’s Linens went beyond my expectations! We hired Lorena and her team to take care of the linens, rent chairs, and do the centerpieces for our wedding this past June.
I walked into our venue (Eagle’s Nest Clubhouse in Cypress) and I had no words, I was in awe on how gorgeous the venue looked. She took care of everything and there was nothing I can complain about. She has very reasonable pricing and I recommend to go through Lorena. She Is the busiest but can help you see your vision come to life or make it wayyyy better. I am so grateful for her and her hard working team.

When you drive up this place in Signal Hill, there is no sign or indication that a business even resides here. It’s surrounded by oil and gas industrial businesses. A knock on the locked door and a woman answers. Once you enter, the cramped showroom is filled with very gaudy table settings. When asked about pricing or availability, the woman indicates that, another woman in charge, isn’t currently available until the following day. I was handed a business card and a thank you for coming. If they can’t get their basic customer service in order, I can’t imagine they could deal with a complex wedding, or event. No thanks.

We were referred to Stephanie’s Linen’s by our wedding coordinator and I was absolutely blown away. Now, I am a VERY particular person when it comes to colors and Lorena was able to find me the PERFECT colored Tiffany blue linens and lilac napkins. I wanted my tables to look like Ariel from Little Mermaid. She even had cute bicycle props that we included in our order two days before our wedding. She and her staff were able to set up at our venue very efficiently and our guests were impressed with the color coordination. Overall, Lorena is one of those sweet people who are always smiling and have a great attitude. Thank you, Lorena! You’re the best!

Wow! This place is absolutely amazing! Lorena helped me with the whole process and always got back to me whenever I needed help. Stephanie’s Linens recently decorated my 50^th birthday party at the Marriott. I was extremely happy with the decorations, their professionalism and dedication. I received so many compliments from my guest. Lorena and Daisy were awesome to work with. They worked with me every step of the way for 9 months. I highly recommend Stephanie Linens. 100 thumbs up.

I met with Lorena yesterday for linens for my upcoming wedding reception and she was very helpful! She gave us unbeatable prices and was very patient. I strongly recommend her.

I e-​mailed this place asking for a quote and THEY insisted that I make an appointment to come to their showroom to look at their products and they can give me a package/​quote for what I needed. Ok fine. So I make an appointment. I guess they forgot it was Labor Day weekend and they made plans for the time I made an appointment. We show up, and NO one was there. No one calls me to cancel. I call and remind them that I made an appointment and no one is here for it. And of course, NO ONE ever calls me back.
Completely unprofessional and I cannot believe that I was referred here by a major hotel to use for my event! Needless to say, not going with that hotel or THIS place. And neither should you.

If I could give them no stars I would. This place is so unprofessional. My cousin was getting married in Fallbrook and I offered to pick up the linens before the rehearsal. I called the person she had been dealing with an was surprised when the lady answered the phone «hello,» I asked if this was Stephanie’s linens and she said «oh yeah.» I asked her when I would be able to pick up and she said I had to call her back because she wasn’t there. It took me three more tries to get ahold of her and was never able to leave a message since the voicemail was full. She finally told me I could pick up on Thursday between 2 and 6. I got there at 2:15 and she wasn’t there. I was ushered inside to pay by someone else. She finally showed up 15 minutes later and told me that the warehouse sent the wrong color and that she would have the correct color sometime Friday. I told her that we were leaving Friday morning for the rehearsal and that there would be no one to pick up the linens. She was not concerned that they messed up and kept blaming the warehouse, the bride, and pretty much everyone else. After being there for 45 minutes we told her she would have to pick up the correct color and drop it off to us that night. Throughout the whole ordeal she never took responsibility and never apologized. I would never recommend them. I guess it true, you definitely get what you pay for. They are a lot cheaper, but so is their customer service.

This place is definitely the place to get all your linens and chairs. Great deal, selection, and shows up without any worries! Will be using them again for sure!

Lorena kicks butt! She was wonderful assisting us with styles, colors, linen arrangements, for our wedding. She got there early that day, and did an amazing set up for our tables and tables. Thanks again Lorena!!!

Lorena can literally create ANYTHING you want. We loved the way our room turned out and so did our guests. Great prices. Extremely helpful. It was an all around excellent experience. Will go back to Lorena for future events in a heart beat. :-)

Lorena did such an amazing job for my wedding a couple weeks ago. She went above and beyond what I asked her for and such a pleasure to work with! And there is no way you can beat her prices! Whatever I asked her to do, she was on top of it. All of my guests complimented me on my table arrangements and chair covers! I am definitely recommending everyone to her!

Best rates in LA/​OC area. After 6 months researching linens and I thought it was impossible to fit into my wedding budget. Luckily I came across a postcard of Stephanie’s Linens, while cleaning my bridal binder!
Stephanie Linen’s has a large linen, decoration and chair selection. Her warehouse is fully stocked and has all samples ready to view. They provide set up, drop off and pick up. Best of all Stephanie Linen’s doesn’t have any hidden service fees.
Lorena, the owner was great to work with. She was flexible to meeting after business hours. I met with Lorena 4 times and was accommodating every time I’d change my linen selection during each meeting. During my final meeting, I requested to remove my cake stand rental. Lorena was very kind to include the cake stand for free since I was on a budget.
Two years after my wedding, my wedding coordinator still uses Lorena. I also recommend her to all my friends who are planning large parties. Everyone always has a positive experience with Lorena.
