Panorama Promenade

The City of Signal Hill lists Panorama Promenade as a park, but it’s a rather unusual park, as parks go.
It’s basically a beautified emergency access road that stretches from the north end of Dawson Ave (just beyond Hilltop Park) a third of a mile to the corner of Panorama Drive and Molino Ave at the other end.
One side of the wide asphalt path you’ll find some attractive and nicely maintained landscaping, with a row of homes above. The other side of the road, awesome views to the north overlooking Long Beach airport and far beyond.
The city thoughtfully placed two different work out stations (exercise instructions included) so you can stop to stretch or do a few exercises if you desire.
At the east end of the park you’ll find a drinking fountain which also includes an extra fountain low down for our four legged furry children. Now if I could just teach my fur ball to push the button himself… LOL
OVERALL: This park is open from dawn to dusk and is a wonderful spot with great views for a casual walk, moderate jog or perhaps, even an aggressive run!
