We had both laminate and LVT installed. Workers were very careful and results were excellent. And the price was excellent! We had another local family flooring company bid the same products, and the price was about 2 ½ times higher! Very pleased and would use again.

I wouldn’t recommend them for follow up. In less than a year our wood floors are lifting. It has been over 2 months of calling Andy weekly to come see the floors. He doesn’t follow through and still hasn’t returned our calls.

We had our bathroom floor re-​tiled last year by Flooring America. The tile and grouting job was done very poorly. The cuts in the tile are crooked and not done properly, not aligned well, and the tile is not level and secure which is causing the grout to break apart and come out of the joints. We initially set up the job with John, and called the store numerous times to speak to him when the grout started coming out. John ignored all of our messages until we finally reached him and he finally sent out the same installer to fix it. We thought they would fix the problem, i.e. re-​do the tile, but the installer just re-​grouted the area coming out. A few months later, the exact same thing is happening because the tile was set improperly from the start. We just had the flooring done in the back half of our house with another flooring installer, and he said it was the worst «professional» tile job he had ever seen and that we should pursue a complaint to be refunded for the job. It needs to be totally ripped out and done over so we’re considering this.

Very happy with our wood floors! John helped us select the perfect floor for our home, and gave us a very fair price. John was very professional and knowledgeable. He spent extra time with us to make sure we got the floor and the information that we needed — very great experience. The wood floor itself is very high quality and looks fantastic! Very good experience for us.

I am so disappointed in the service and lack of follow up. The owner Andy came to my house and measured my floors. I returned to the store to pick out carpet and what I chose from the display was discontinued. So asked for a similar alternative. Andy told me to wait a couple days because it was possible he would have the carpet I wanted left over from a church he was carpeting. I waited two days and he did not call me, so i called him. «Another day,» he said and vowed to call me Friday. No call. The next day was Saturday and I had to get his cell number from the store (Andy doesn’t work on the weekends) and left a message. Days went by with no return call whatsoever. This was a waste of over a week of time getting carpet.
Interestingly, I found out later after having my carpet measured by Willbank’s that Andy had over-​measured by 10 yards (hmmm…).
I guess in the end I’m fortunate it worked out this way.
