History
Established in 2000.
Nate has been a personal trainer in Long Beach for over 15 years. Having held certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), American Council of Exercise (ACE) and is a Certified Crossfit Trainer, Nate believes learning is key to working with a diverse group of clients. Having trained everything from firefighters and police, professional athletes to grandparents, Nate is qualified to guide each of his clients safely and effectively to their fitness goals.
