I’ve been coming her for years. I bring my daughters in for manicures, pedicures and I come in for everything. I had one bad experience years ago but not anymore. I don’t know why I bother going anywhere else.

Got a eyebrow wax and a manicure. When she finished the eyebrows I wasn’t given a mirror to approve or disapprove, by the time my manicure was finished I had forgotten about them. When I got home and saw them I was shocked, it was the worst eyebrow waxing I have ever seen in my life. They looked the same.
My manicure has pieces of trash on the nail. I’m not talking about one nail, but three. In my experiences with nail shops I have never had a ruff surface, they are always so smooth.
So disappointed.

My nails were done in a clean and relaxing environment. The woman who did my nails took such pride in her work. Such a nice place to have your nails or any service done. New owners.

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went in to get a pedicure and a full set. I wasn’t even in the chair for 2 minutes, when the girl cuts my skin and she makes me bleed. Okay, I can let that slide, we all mess up. THEN, she proceeds to put crazy glue on it to stop the bleeding. THEN, she tried to peel the scab off! Are you feeling okay?! I had to ASK her to put alcohol on it! Isn’t that something they should do on their own?
Now to my full set. This guy was SO RUDE the entire time. Another employee was handing me something so I reached to grab it and he yells, «DON’T MOVE!» I didn’t say anything. He does my nails and then he cuts my skin too! And he was just going to paint over the blood! I said, «Can you at least put alcohol on that?» He does it with a sigh. As it is still bleeding, he proceeds to paint it. I said, «Can you put a little more alcohol, please?» Again, does it with a sigh.
The worst part. They had the AUDACITY to charge me full price for both! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I have been getting my nails done almost monthly for the past TEN years, and never once have I seen anything CLOSE to this terrible of customer service. Let’s just say, I made a Unilocal account just to save anyone else from the agony of going to this HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING nail place. Please go to Signal Hill Nail across the street. I went there after for a brow wax and they were sooooo sweet! Definitely will be going across the street from now on! (Btw I only gave this place one star because zero stars wasn’t an option.)

I’ve been going to my place for about 8 years because I’ve tried many places and I’m always very disappointed and this place wasn’t any different. The lady who did my pedicure seemed like she didn’t have much experience and the lady who did my mani/​gel didn’t file my nails straight. I asked for square, not difficult. The place wasn’t vey clean and for what you pay you should be getting quality service. The lady who did my pedi messed up my big toe nail polish and didn’t notice. When I pointed it out she tried to just fix it by adding another top coat. That didn’t work. She didn’t understand what I was saying so someone else had to come over and fix it then clean up the rest of my toes because I had red nail polish on my toes too not just my nails. Sorry but quality here isn’t a priority.

Decided to give Cutie Nails a chance since they did not have many ratings — figuring they wouldn’t be as crowded. Made a 530 appointment and they got us right in. My girl took her time and did a through job. I would totally recommend this place

This nail salon is awesome! I like how the spa chairs are not side by side but in a circular position facing different directions. I actually feel very comfortable getting my pedicures done without other customers staring at my feet. I came in about 430 Friday and was not crowded at all. I had two ladies helping me tonight. I sat at the back corner in front of the big screen t.v. which made me feel like I was in my own personal salon. Tina did my pedicure and she’s very friendly and chatty. Which makes the whole experience go by faster. Lee did my gel French tip manicure and kept to job, both did a very exceptional job. I will definitely return and ask for Tina or Lee.
Didn’t use the offer on Unilocal because I wanted the callus remover. Option 2 ($ 28)

First time today I got a pedi, full set and brow wax. Total $ 61 all was done at the same time which was nice the nail guy was a little rough he kept pushing and pulling my hands the pedi was quick the brows very nicely cleaned … 3 stars for no customer service no convo, no comments, they spoke in their language the entire time which was rude because they kept looking at me as they commented. Idk and idc what they were saying but it’s not professional to do that. A little expensive.

This place is bullshit horrible service all the people are lazy and rude ugh never again !! By far the worst set of nails I had in my life ladies keep your fingers away from that guy !

Just got out of this nail shop. Ly did such a good job on my nails. I got a gel French tip. You guys got yourself a regular!

I have been comming to this place for years. I love the service and everyone is always on point. Walkins never wait more than 10 min to get serviced. They are fast and gentle. Always have plenty of people working in a day. Its clean and they offer my mom and me water. Everyone is so nice. They are talkative and interested in what we do. Not like other salons where the employees talk among themselves and to each other in their language. At cutie they speak english. Everyone is doing a great job.

First time here and I am definitely coming back. Staff was friendly and prices were reasonable. I had my French tip gel manicure done by Ly and she did an awesome job. I also had a pedicure done my Nancy. She was gentle and great at design. Great first impression

3 stars because the first time I came here it was. I even fell asleep when they gave me a massage. Second time here she just lotioned my legs and didn’t even clean my feet properly. Totally hit and miss.
Had to hit up a massage place after this massage less experience.

I have been searching for a place for months now, ever since my regular place in the lakewood mall shut down. I saw the had reviews and thought why not. I have gone to four star and five stars places that didn’t deserve their good reviews.
My husband and I walked and were taken in right away. I got a fill and design, my husband got a pedicure. For a Friday at 3pm, it was pretty empty. I showed a design to Jenny and agreed to do it. She did a good job on the design. Took her time and such. My husband was very satisfied with the lady who did his pedicure. I think her name was Nancy. I felt sorry for her that she had to deal with my husband’s Fred Flintstone feet, scrubbing off his calluses and even took care of his hang nail.
Also, cutie nails is very clean… I mean CLEAN! I think it’s the cleanest nail salon I’ve ever been to. I didn’t cringe when I saw theit tools. The staff seemed friendly. They didn’t talk much in their language. So you don’t get that weird paranoid feeling that they’re talking shit about you.
The only complaint was that my nail tech kept getting video calls from her boyfriend? She’d answer it and there behold, shirtless boyfriend… can you saw awkward?
Overall, cutie nails gets my five stars and I shall come back!

I come here all the time. Despite the reviews from others. I love the way my gel polish is always PERFECT. I never have a problem. Nails are always intact, and they almost never break, unless it’s something that I had done.

The worst nail shop ever!!! I decided to come here since it’s close to home and my nail shop was completely booked today… Yea I should’ve jus waited til tomorrow!!! They are rude and DO NOT know how to apply the nail polish and to top it off my nails were uneven!!! Save your money n go elsewhere…$ 51 for a messed up pedicure and gel manicure forget it!!!

This is my first time visiting and I was quite impressed. I with start with Tina did my Pedi and Nancy did my mani.

They did not skimp in this area. Excellent.
My nails came out beautiful and I didn’t like the first color with no charge or attitude they repainted my nails.
I will definitely be coming back.

This nail salon deserves a little more credit it’s given. I came in today with a broken acrylic thumb nail. The nail techs are so so nice and friendly. Very accommodating too! They didn’t have the color I wanted so they gave me options closer to it and I am happier with the color I was given. The quality was very good and contrary to those who said their gel manis were subpar, my nails came out beautiful. Very happy I have this place a try.

Honestly, it’s not all that bad. I come here ONLY to get pedis because their nail game is not on point lol. However, their pedis kind of suck depends on who you get though. But the reason I keep coming back is because. It’s affordable, their chairs are comfortable (the massage type of chairs), and they are CLEAN!
I give them 3 stars because they are very friendly, clean, and affordable. Personally I’ve never had any problems. The two stars I’m not giving them is because they aren’t the greatest at doing nails (full sets or gel) Also, because they’re kind of stingy when it comes to tipping. Like I said their pedis aren’t great either but it’s good enough for what I’m paying. «You get what you pay for right?» So I tip from 2 – 3 dollars and they aren’t pleased with it. That is why I’m not giving 5 stars.
