We bought a used 2013 Cadillac for the wife with factory warranty still remaining. We’ve taken our vehicle in twice already for tailgate door and sideview mirror repairs and Miguel has been awesome. We drive in from Orange to see Miguel because he goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service.

DONT BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS: Spoke to David Howe who swore up and down on the phone that the car was a cream puff there were no issues I explained to him that I would only fly out to see the car if it was a no issue car, he swore up and down that it was a perfect car. Flew in to look at a Cadillac XLR they advertised on Auto Trader, NOTE: Im a cash buyer, the car was totally misrepresented in the pictures and discription over the phone. paint was pealing rims were rusty it was leaking oil the headlight assemblies were cracked the underbody was scraped up like it was bottomed out a lot. upon inspection I refused to buy the car. This was back in December, Its now the end of January and they are still running my credit which I didn’t need because I’m a cash buyer. In my opinion they are doing this in retaliation, because they couldn’t sucker me in to buy the car. I have contacted the credit agencies to put out a fraud alert for these guys and contacted my attorney, Also I’m filing a complaint with the Better Business Beauru, and I’m filing a complaint with Cadillac so that they can have there License with cadillac revoked. If these guys have screwed with you i suggest you do the same

I brought my car here twice in the last 3 months.
First time I got over $ 1,000 worth of work done. I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received.
Last week my car started to act up again. Brought it in for the same issues hoping it was covered under warranty. After the mechanic did an inspection I was told that there was over $ 3,000 worth of work that needed to be done. I refused the services. When I went to pick up my car someone explained to me that it wouldn’t even be worth it to fix my car and I should just purchase a new one.
Yesterday, I found a mechanic that specializes in Cadillacs and took my car in. He found that 2 of the repairs the dealership told me were an issue weren’t (A $ 880 module and a $ 800 catalytic converter). The guy was able to fix something that the dealer wanted to charge me $ 645 for as little as $ 145.
It just makes me wonder if the work I put into my car in September through this dealer was work that actually needed to be done or just a way to make money off a young girl who didn’t know any better.
Needless to say I don’t need a new car and my car is fixed and working fine!
I will never return.

Boulevard Cadillac is absolutely the best dealership I have ever dealt with by far. Employees are all super friendly, service department is always thorough and go out of their way to make you feel like a valued customer. Any service I have done is always completed on time or earlier than promised. I am always provided with a courtesy car which I always am very appreciative for. What a wonderful staff and as always a pleasure to do business here!

VERY impressed with the service department. I worked with Miguel and he was so nice, kept me update on my car (which was there 2 days), he checked in after it was done just to make sure all was well. They washed it for me too without me asking. I also received a loaner car for the time which was a simple process that took 5 minutes max. Keep up the good work!

I would highly recommend Boulevard Cadillac to anyone looking for excellent service and the best deal on a new car. We drove down from Bakersfield after talking to John Lauterbach on the phone and he took excellent care of us. We were treated so well by every member of the staff and everyone worked together to get us the BEST deal in a timely manor. They all worked non stop to explain everything about the car and the lease and it still only took 2 hours from the time we walked in to the time we drove off the lot in our new ATS-​V. BIG thanks to John, Paul, David and Dave for making our first new car buying experience an exceptional one.

Loved our 1^st lease with this Company and went in to re lease another Cadillac and had the biggest run around of my life. NEVER deal with John Lauderbach. He was completely dishonest. Told us he could do something that he could NOT do. Then when I called his Fleet Manager Dave… he apologized for the run around and couldn’t do what John Lauderbach told us he could do either. COMPLETELY A WASTE OF MY TIME. I love my Cadillac and will re lease one however… NEVER from Boulevard again.

My service consultant, Brian Standers, is invariably great. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for service, so long as things remain how they have been here for the past two years that I’ve been coming.

These guys are crooks. 2 great examples
Rudy claimed I need 2 front shocks then after being challenged that 1 was already new. He said «that was just a recommendation «. Then brakes per Rudy needed to be replaced as well as rear rotors can’t be turned needed to be replaced for a total of $ 1,100. Took to B&D brakes for the same thing $ 600 but the kicker is that they told me they the rotors could be turned and offered that as an option for even less than the $ 600

DAVID HOWE in the sales dept. is the BEST!!! Go to him to buy/​lease your next car because he will care about you, not just a sale!
My dream car was stolen — beautiful, black raven, fully loaded, Escalade. :(
To make matters worse, my insurance company wanted «proof» that my vehicle had all the bells and whistles, otherwise they were going to use a base model as the basis of their settlement offer. I didn’t know what to do…
I did some noodling and googling and found out that dealerships can get all the information on a vehicle from the manufacturers and can look it up based on a VIN #. So desperately, I called Boulevard Cadillac and was blessed to have David answer the phone. I told him my story and he went out of his way to help me just because it was the right thing to do. He found all the information on my vehicle and now I can go back to the insurance company with «proof» He didn’t dismiss me because I wasn’t buying a car or wasn’t a previous customer. He just HELPED me! Period.
If you see this David, THANK YOU! If your manager sees this… all the better! They should know what a gem they have in you. Keep up the good work and if I ever decide to get another Escalade, you’ll be my only call. God bless!

Do not take your vehicle for maintenance or repairs of any kind to this Cadillac Signal Hill Dealership. My husband (Kenneth Nosik) passed away and I sold my home and I purchased a Cadillac CTS for myself to help me cope and bring myself a little happiness. With the little bit of money I had left over, I trusted in this dealership to make proper repairs on my vehicle and they collected at least $ 2000.00 and did not complete repairs to a safe standard. My husband who served in the United States Navy always ensured these types of repairs for me and never had a problem with our Cadillac dealership in San Diego. My service Rep names Robbie at Signal Hill Cadillac was rude and inconsiderate of my customer concerns and complaints. I had to take my matter to the owners son named Chad. After speaking with the owner son Chad, he apologized for the behavior and customer service conduct of Robbie and the Manager of the service department. After waiting over 4 months for a refund on unsafe/​incomplete repairs the owners son refunded me fifty something dollars. When I looked at the check I cried… took this place over 4 months to refund me money back. And in addition to that I had to get a different Cadillac Dealership to repair my vehicle and pay again myself. Repairs were completed in Las Vegas where I reside. Bottom line don’t take your vehicle to this dealership. It’s not about the money… it’s about the principle. I feel violated and robbed of my money. I wish my husband were still alive to have been able to handle this matter for me. If you google my husbands name Kenneth Nosik you will see a glimpse of everything I have had to endure. I feel this dealership not only took advantage of me but was also heartless of well being. My safety was never a concen for them. I have 1 son and I felt unsafe driving my vehicle after taking it there on how it felt on the road, and Chad could have cared less. This place is family owned and is so desperate for money to pay their employees that they will back up rudeness and unprofessionalism behavior along with unsatisfied vehicle repairs. So just look up surrounding Cadillac Dealerships and take your vehicle elsewhere. This place will gladly take your money in a heartbeat but takes no responsibility for their employees and workmanship on vehicle repairs. Take your vehicle at this place at YOUR OWN RISK.

This review is like a year and half over due! haha. Anyways I had been shopping for a new Caddy since my old 2006 CTS was started to look stale. I came across an add on
. I was looking at the new 2013 SRX’s. Boulevard had the car $ 2000 under asking. I was like HECK YEA! So I called them up and spoke with Ralph. He did confirm that the sale was going on. I made the 40 min trip down to Signal Hill and met up with Ralph. A silver SRX cought my eye and he ended up going through every detail that the car had to offer since it had the CUE system. I really liked the car so we inside to discuss numbers. I was able to get a really nice low monthly payment and they also gave me a really nice return on the old CTS so I was able to use all that money as my down payment. All in all i was there about 4 hours. paper work took about an hour to an hour an ½. The rest was talking about the car. Ralph was never pushy. He answered all my question and even gave me his personal cell phone just in case I had any questions. Thanks Ralph and the team at Boulevard Cadillac!

Just purchased a new Escalade ESV.
Ronnie is always the best! Have bought many cars from him and the experience just keeps getting better!
Ralph helped me learn the car from the ground up. The systems in the Escalade, while very user friendly, are extensive and complex to some of us less technically inclined. Ralph taught me the systems, helped set up XM and On-​Star. After a little experimentation, I have been able to figure out everything (well almost). Ralph was kind enough to give me his cell # and encouraged me to call anytime if I can’t figure something out.

My experience was with Arthur, he was great! I was looking to lease a 2014 cadillac coupe. He was super nice and helped me figure out an affordable payment on the car I wanted. I never felt pressured and the experience was very pleasurable. I will definitely be buying all my Cadillacs from Arthur in the future!
