We are not your regular gym, V-FIT is the only fitness boutique in Sierra Vista. We specialize in a wide variety of small group training sessions, personal training and nutrition coaching. SISTER’s in SWEAT is our new cardio fitness program designed around Christian music. Sister’s in Sweat offers another avenue for those ladies who may feel uncomfortable working out to music which may be considered inappropriate. Everyone is welcome to come out and try this program. V-FIT assures this environment will make everyone with everyone with any belief feel comfortable and secure as they sweat, have fun while meeting individual nutritional and fitness goals.
