The next group class is in Chambersburg, PA starting June 3 thru June 8, to sign up visit my website. As a labor doula, childbirth educator and lactation helper, I customize your classes to focus on what you want to know more about. I teach both private and group classes, they are hands on to help your loved ones discover what makes you feel better while pregnant and during labor. I bring essential oils to promote relaxation, demonstrate how a twin sheet can ease hip and back pain and teach basic massage techniques to reduce swelling in hands and feet. I make suggestions to the loved ones on how to support mommies before, during and after labor. My focus is to arm you with information so you are calm and relaxed when your big day finally arrives. History

Established in 2015.

I truly enjoy helping women and their partners, discover how strong they can be during the life altering event of having a baby. I have three kids of my own, and at each delivery I had a doula and my husband. Both roles were so important during labor and delivery they helped me «go the distance» in each delivery. With the support of my doula and husband, I was able to achieve my goals of having natural births each time and breastfeed successfully.

I realized I wanted to be that support person for new mama’s and daddy’s so they too could have a positive memory of their child’s birth into this world.

I am a patient, caring, and confident person. I love reading books and learning new things about childbirth and sharing that information with my kids and the couples or singles who hire me. I enjoy laughing and talking to people in person, on the phone, or even email! I feel everyone has a story and wisdom to share and I am more than happy to hear it.
