One of the best eye doctors in town. I’ve gone to other eye doctor’s due to family friend’s working there and came back because the service is just so much better.

Excellent service, friendly staff, the most through exam I have ever had. I don’t know how they could be any more modern than they are with the technology they have. No more dilation of your eyes to look at the retina, no more drops to check pressure. Awesome!

Went to Daynes today to pick up my new lenses and was treated with respect from the tall young man up front good job! All front office staff should ask him what his secret is

It’s a Shame this Place has this Low Rating on Unilocal.In fact… I don’t get it? Went here just Yesterday after having truly bad experiences with at Least Three Other Eye Care Businesses in Sierra Vista; as for me? I love this place!
Let’s start with the important stuff ~ the doctor. Dr. Dayne is a Great Eye Doctor. He is very thorough, informative, helpful & smart. We had three (3) people in the family getting glasses (2 teens, 1 adult) & everyone had a pleasant, seamless experience. The kids got to discuss the option of using contact lenses… & both will end up with traditional frames & contacts. Our son left here the same day wearing his contacts, my daughters & my own eyeglasses were ready to leave with us when we departed! We were not expecting that awesomeness.
The peeps up front are actually quite courteous & helped us pick new frames (great ones!) very quickly. There were several customers there for appointments & at certain points it was busy out front, but they deal with the chaos of business like pros. Obviously, they are used to having lots of business. The ladies at the desk where you sign in are very kind & helpful… The assistant who took me & the kids back is a sweetheart, plain & simple. I don’t understand the ‘rude’ comment from prior reviewer, but it is possible people were having a bad day (?), perceptions are different for all as well.
They have a good selection of frames & all the optional add-​ons are available. If you don’t want to pay for that stuff, just say so! I did. They don’t care if you don’t want the extras, but I’m glad they tell me about this stuff. I did buy ‘extras’ for my daughter, but not for myself. Truthfully, when I go home I called my sister & told her to take her family here… because we will certainly be back again & again.

My exam was good, even ordering glasses w the exception of them trying to sell me things I did not need.
I was moving 3 weeks after my exam. They promised to have the glasses in a week.
A week later they called and said my glasses were scratched and they had to start over. I reminded them I was moving and gave them the date again. They said they would be ready in a week. A week later I called, they said they would be ready in yet another week. Basically the day before I was set to move.
On that day I called only to find out they would be in the day I was set move. I was screwed and had to delay my (3000 mile move). They agreed to call me as soon as they came in so I could hit the road. They did!
When I arrived I told the front desk I was there to PU my glasses. They had me sign in, and did and began the wait. Another lady walked in 10 min behind me said she was there to PU glasses and they took her right back. I asked why that was, got no answer.
Finally they took me to a table and asked me my last name. They came back a second later and asked if anyone called me because they could not find my glasses. 20 min later they found them. I put them on, saw double. Gal helping could not explain and so I again waited to see the OD. Said it would be 30 min. Having no time I just took my specs and left. 3 weeks late. I’ll update this after I have the glasses for a few weeks.
