History

Established in 1977.

It is a family owned and operated company. The business was founded by my father, Robert Fifer, in 1977. In 2005, I took the company over from my father and re-​named it J.R.Fifer Heating, Air Conditioning, & Refrigeration. I have over 26 years in the practice of residential and commercial Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, & Refrigeration.

I worked for Ocean Yachts for seven years building, installing, and maintaining Air Conditioning systems in 70′ boat lines. After that, I worked at the Atlantic City Hilton Casino as an HVAC/​R technician for five years. I also worked at Harrah’s Casino as an HVAC/​R technician for three years. All while working with my dad for the business. By 2005, I had enough experience to take over the business from my father.
