Got my high and low lite’s and a fabulous cut from Robin! I’m always very satisfied. Lively conversation that takes me away from my hectic day! Love the Aveda products! Reception desk is always friendly and polite as well as eager to assist in products and their function. Looking forward to my next appointment!

I went to Maddie for color… EXCELLENT! She is a terrific, knowledgeable colorist. The Aveda Color is also Excellent. I think the product is truly much better than other salon dyes. It is a shame that some old reviews are on Unilocal because I totally disagree with the poor reviews. The salon looks great. The main floor displays all of the Aveda products nicely and the upstairs for cuts and color has a nice bright feel. I absolutely recommend this salon. The customer service is also very friendly and attentive.

Maria does my color and she is fantastic, very chill and for the price this Aveda salon doesn’t break the bank. I agree its oddly located and the décor needs updating but for quality service it does the job well

Would give it negative stars if i could. Ruined my hair. Inexperienced stylist who said she had no training in Aveda and thought the product she put in my hair «was clear.» it was not. Had to cut my hair and get corrective color elsewhere. I reported it to Aveda I hope they protect their brand and audit the salon. Training is very important when it comes to color. The manager could have cared less. in fact, she left me and the inexperienced stylist and went elsewhere and didn’t return. Very poor quality.

The place is nice enough, but the staff were rude. There were four of us scheduled for manicures and pedicures, yet there was only one person scheduled to do all. She was nice enough, but the other staff members were rude and condescending. I wanted to pay for my friend’s manicure, and it confused the cashier beyond reasonable thought. Not a great start to my friend’s wedding day. Would not recommend AT ALL.

This place is pretty nestled in and if you don’t know where it is you may not find it. Brian was my stylist I have to say I expected. Way more from a gay man. I felt really rushed. I handed him my card from my old aveda. Salon which he didn’t follow, my roots were under done and not way matched the rest if the color. I honestly. Don’t mind spending. Over $ 150 on my hair with a $ 50 tip but this place should have paid me.

If you are used to a typical Aveda salon, this place is not for you. Its cluttered and dated. I waited so long that I wrote the following notes while sitting in the lone chair 30 minutes past my appointment time (with a few after I left while sitting in the parking lot)
Décor– tacky fake Victorian. Tafetta type material draped over mirrors, Cheap rose patterned hat boxes, random pieces of crown molding nailed to the walls. Waxing room was a stiff table with old stained sheets and paper covering the pillow
No gratuities on cards. Bring cash or checks. Inconvenient. Bank next door to get cash at.
Appt for 1pm… Was told at 105 «it’s Saturday so it’ll be at least 15 more minutes». Was finally helped at 1:35
Was offered coffee or tea when was told it would be a while longer
Staff friendly– greeted by everyone that walked by. Only positive in the whole thing
Aesthetician apologized insincerely. Only waxed bottom of brows and in between. Not on top. Didn’t trim. Didnt pluck. Didn’t show me what she did and check to make sure that I was happy.
Salon didn’t charge due to wait.
Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.
