Business Owner

Tom Shebell is committed to fighting for the NJ personal injury rights of those who have suffered harm. Born and raised in the Asbury Park area, Tom spent much of his boyhood years listening to his grandfather, father (NJ Appellate Division Superior Court Judge), and uncle discuss legal issues, and the impact that legal decisions can have on the lives of people.

After graduating from The Dickinson School of Law in 1991, Tom proudly clerked for Justice Daniel J. O’Hern, of the New Jersey Supreme Court. Early on in his career, Tom dedicated himself to the representation of regular people who suffered unfairly at the hands of insurance companies, corporations, and big business. To this day, Tom refuses to represent the interests of insurance companies, banks, employers, or big businesses.

Tom’s primary interest involves civil jury trial work, and he has achieved several notable verdicts and settlements throughout his twenty-​one year career of fighting for the rights of injured people.
