The only reason they get 1 star is because the facilities are clean and updated. Outside of that the service here sucks! The doctor KNOWINGLY gave me medication that I was allergic to which caused my issues to get worse. I then was given another prescription that didn’t work at all. I called to see if they needed to look at the issue again to make sure they hadn’t wrongfully diagnosed me, and they said sure as long as you are willing to pay another co-pay. Really! I have to pay another co-pay for your doctors to improperly diagnose me and give me the wrong medication. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time going to this place to anyone. I understand mistakes happen, but they aren’t willing to take responsibility I find that problematic. Not to mention I’ve actually never heard of an urgetn care clinic double charging you for the same issue. If you come back for the same problem within a reasonable amount of time it should still be covered under the same visit. These places charge upwards of $ 150 and more for a 10 min. appointment. Give me a break. I will see to it that they understand the legal repurcussions of giving someone medication they have documented they are are allergic to. STAYAWAYPEOPLE… they don’t really care about you!

Does your Doctor have the absurd idea that she or he is only one person and refuses to be available for office visits outside of 9 – 5? To they have the nerve to not be at your disposal on weekends? Well, I for one don’t blame them. 40 hours at the office is enough thank you. Never mind the evening classes they might be taking or even teaching. For those times that you are need of medical attention outside of your doctors hours but should not need emergency care, this is the place.(Strictly speaking you might be able to use them as a PCP, but that’s your call) Since this primarily a drop in place, it can be like waiting at the deli. Check in to get your place in line and then you wait. Like the deli, if you get there just before opening you can be first in line. Or if you arrive during a crush you might wait a while. The part that’s different is that you are miserably sick and so are the others in the waiting room. And you don’t leave with a package of cold cuts. Once you get to the exam room area you’ll find clean and pleasant spaces. The staff is as pleasant as you are. Think about that one for me. I’d suggest that the world is a as pleasant as you are. I’m too damn pleasant so it’s hard for me to disprove this. But when you enter as a sickly but charming and friendly person you are much more likely to see a good attitude and better attention from your nurse. If you feel the need be nice to your wait staff at a restaurant because they could spit in your food, why in heaven’s name would you mess with your nurse? I’ve found the doctors and nurse practitioners to be very helpful and get you what you need the first time. Just like my PCP. Look ma, I’m a real doctor! No kidding. And they send a visit report to your PCP. Mine called and said thanks for not calling him out to the office on a Saturday. He also thought I was treated correctly and only felt the need to see me if I wasn’t better in a few days.

Clean, good service, nice staff. Great alternative for students far away from their primary care physician.

I wish I had tried this place out sooner! The cost is only what your insurance copay is — just like seeing your regular Dr! So glad I came here instead of going to the ER for $ 100 like my nurse suggested. Like Josh said the place really is nice and very clean — actually extremely clean. My estimated wait time was 45 minutes but I was in and out in just under a ½ hour! — that is crazy quick especially for a weekend. I only saw 4 or maybe 5 rooms to be seen in. The nurses and the Dr were all very nice and listened to everything I had to say. It didn’t feel rushed or cheap like some clinics like that tend to They do not take appointments and their parking lot is very small(there is a bank parking lot right next door but I guess the banks says they will tow any cars that aren’t there for their business). The location is very easy to find at an intersection in Shrewsbury on Route 9.

my GP is far away and constantly booked and i needed to get some quick lab tests done and the first google return came up ReadyMed. The facility is beautiful and brand spanking new. When you enter, the waiting room is more like a lounge with separate adult and children’s areas(++). to check in, you enter your info on a touch screen kiosk. it gave an estimated wait time of 1 hour, but the actual wait was more like 45 minutes. the lounge is very nice with a few soft playing TV’s. intake was typical, but took a bit longer as this was my first time there. i was immediately showed to a exam room after where a pleasant medical assistant took my vitals. the dr was in soon after. he was extremely pleasant and was up front and honest with me about my questions and concerns. he made everything super easy and was obviously focused on me for the time he was in the room. my current GP is always rushing to get to his next 43567 patients for the day so this was a change. their hours are 1pm-9pm mostly, so that gives people who work a 9 – 5 a chance to get there at the end of the day. all in all a great experience, which is usually tough to say about a dr’s visit…
