History
Established in 1988.
ENT and Allergy Associates (ENTA) was formed in 1998, when three offices (12 partners/8 locations) merged into a single practice. Fourteen years later, ENTA has grown to nearly 140 physicians, practicing in 38 office locations throughout the New York/New Jersey area. ENTA also offers patients over 70 licensed audiologists in its clinical office locations. We are clinically affiliated with The Mount Sinai Hospital for the screening and treatment of diseases of the head and neck and silent acid reflux. The physician healthcare delivery model within which we practice provides convenient access to a broad yet seamlessly coordinated range of comprehensive services, offered under a single roof.

Manager
Michael Tavill, MD, FACS is board-certified in Pediatric and Adult Otolaryngology and now serves as Chief of Pediatric Otolaryngology at Monmouth Medical Center. He has teaching responsibilities in the Departments of Pediatrics and Surgery along with an appointment as assistant clinical Professor at Drexel University Medical School. Dr. Tavill is a frequent speaker at both community and medical meetings. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology, Society for Ear, Nose, and Throat Advances in Children, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Tavill has been recognized for excellence in Pediatric Otolaryngology by NJ Top Docs (2006 – 2014) and NY Metro top doctors (2007 – 2014). He has also been singled out by US News and World Report as one of America’s Top Physicians.
